Democratic Republic of Viet Nam Coins and Currency

This updated catalog describes the known legal tender coins and paper money for "North" Viet Nam from February 3, 1946 to April 24, 1978. Besides legal tender pieces, there are many other financial instruments. There are over 450 pieces and over 200 overstamps and overprints listed. There are pieces in this catalog which have never been illustrated and/or cataloged in any other reference. Besides the detailed information about most of the pieces, there is also historical background information. All values are in US Dollars. We still have a limited quantities of the first edition available for those interested in a copy for their libraries.
